2.0L Glass Electric Kettle with Stainless Steel Base

Great looking and feeling kettle, nice weight and decent looking materials. Works great for boiling a small amount of water quickly, and we used the tea steep basket several times - which is a nice feature to have as an option.The problem is after very minimal use; maybe once a week average at most, the unit died. I just decided to stop working, no blue light, no heat so apparently no power. I tested multiple plugs just to make sure, and confirmed its seated properly. Even can see very clearly that the contact points are clean and shiny (not damaged or blocked)I've reached out to the manufacturer via the 'contact us' email on their website. Email bounced back immediately. There does not seem to be any other way to contact them so here is my review -Avoid this product! There are plenty of other options available that at least have a customer service department that exists.

The kettle is extremely small. Not at all like the videos. I really thought I ordered a bigger size but now the web site says it only offers the 1.1 It is not even taller than a 16.9 is of bottled water!
