I was a lot more impressed (and even more entertained) by this than I thought I would be...it's made well with a solid, sturdy appearance. Braving the endless waves is a tiny replica of the pirate ship that houses the protaganists in One Piece. The miniature ship is not lacking in detail, and it gives you a sense of optimismitic hope, watching as it gets repeatedly battered and tossed about by the merciless torrent yet never fails to right itself and break free from the abyss to sail another day.The water looks realistic and shaking it around produces realistic waves that eventually smooth back out to a clean division between blue and clear.I spent longer than I care to admit simply turning it in my hands and admiring the details and the visuals of the water after giving it a shake. Endless hours of joy and entertainment, for the right person. Affordable price and excellent craftmanship contribiute to the excellent value.Being that it's technically anime merch, it has high potential to be given as a gift.

I keep finding myself picking this up and trying to keep the Titanic ( the version I ordered) from hitting the iceberg. Nice item to keep on your desk, to mess around with when you need a few minutes away from your tasks.The piece is solidly made, no leaks, thick plastic construction. The details on *the Titanic* are not finely wrought, but sufficient for the theme...ditto the iceberg. The *ocean* is a vibrant blue, and the little iceberg is, of course, white.
